I am finally getting around to paying attention to my computer since the week in the redwoods at the Mount Hermon Writer's conference. On Wednesday the 12th, daughter Laurie flew into San Jose from Illinois shortly after granddaughter Clare and I arrived from Seattle. What a treat working together for the conference.

The first box of Bittersweet books was shipped directly from the printer, and melted away in the conference bookstore. So now we wait a little longer to get more books to fill your pre-orders. But it wont be long.

So here we are! Occupying the brand new website! We will finally not have to rely on Myspace, where a whole generation of us seem to flounder and wonder. Mind you, its still there for those who are proficient. I’m just very glad to feel more at home in this shiny, new website. It kinda makes up for the present injustice of sniffling, sneezing, coughing and groaning that is keeping me from kicking up my heels too much at the moment.
